Street Art
Germany & India

I like to celebrate local language, art, and culture. In India, street art covers the cities in a riot of colours. Unlike graffiti, tSthis is not considered an act of vandalism. It is a form of communication, ranging from – sign boards to clothing adverts, directional signage to doctors addresses, you name it, it’s all there painted on walls. Messages are vivid, creative and give the city its graphic identity.

Inspired by my long fascination with Indian street graphics, painted the boundary walls of Goethe Institut as part of three day workshop.
